- Tap on the “Share” option in the lower-left corner
- Press the option “Copy to iBooks”
- You will find the PDF file in your iBooks library
- If you want to view only the PDF files, click on the option “All files” and select “PDF.”

Open the link to the PDF file
Two options can be given:
1) Open the browser’s PDF viewer, from where you can download the file.
2) The file is downloaded directly, after which you must select the application with which you want to open the file.
*If no application is running to open the PDF, you will find the file in “Downloads” on your phone

Downloads are limited, yes. After receiving the digital download email, you have two opportunities to download the file. The product can also be downloaded again by logging in with your username and password.

2)Missing a required program to open the file. Download the required program and try to open the file again.

A credit card purchase can fail for a number of reasons. Perhaps your card has expired or reached its limit. There may have been an error in the device that processes credit card transactions, either ours or your bank’s, or the billing information may not have been accepted.

Within 30 days of your purchase, if you lose your link and need a new one, please contact us. After that time, new download links are not provided. For your safety, we recommend backing up your files to cloud storage or to an external device.
Due to the fact that all purchases are processed immediately upon receipt, we are unable to cancel your purchase in most cases.
